At Saman Ghar, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During promotional campaigns or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a minimum order value during promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers may result in additional shipping charges.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or incorrect information, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable. MUST RECORD UNPACK VIDEO FOR ANY CLAIM.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
