How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 working days in major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, and 3–5 working days for other cities and remote areas across Pakistan. We ship through trusted courier partners such as TCS and Leopards, and you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, covering all major cities as well as smaller towns and villages. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available everywhere, along with online payment options including bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. For international orders, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email before placing your order, and we will do our best to arrange delivery for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
